Any advice on how to make an omelette? I've tried a few times, and have been extremely unsuccessful at the whole folding thing; usually I have to give up, flip it like a pancake into another pan, and call it a fritata. :)
Any tips on fast, easy and good for you breakfasts would be great as I am usually guilty of skipping this oh-so-important meal in favor of more sleep!
