  3. Yum, this looks beautiful and delicious. I agree, skinning hazelnuts is a chore I can do without.

  4. Such a great thing to make yourself, rather then buying a jar full of good knows what! Nice:)

    1. Ha! It does, doesn't it? It's actually the tracks of the serrated edge of a butter knife, which I had used to get my nutella fix earlier in the day. I just couldn't wait until after I shot the photos.

  7. do you think you could use Fat Free sweetened condensed milk or would it affect the consistency too much?

    1. It's worth a try. I think it might make it runnier, but that could be a good thing. If you try it, let me know how it turns out!

    1. I must admit to having limited experience with blenders. I think it's worth a try, though it might be more difficult to get a smooth consistency. If you try it, let me know how it turn out!

  9. Looks good. The one I make calls for unsweetened Dutch processed cocoa powder, pure vanilla, powdered sugar, salt and hazelnut oil. No dairy and can be stored in or out of the refrigerator for up to one month.
